TEA



Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia Sinensis, an evergreen shrub native to Asia. After water, it is the most widely consumed drink in the world. There are many different types of tea; some teas like Darjeeling and Chinese greens, have a cooling, slightly bitter, and astringent flavor, while others have vastly different profiles that in sweet, nutty, floral, or grassy notes. 



Types of tea 

BLACK TEA 3-5 minutes 100-degree celsius 



    Is a type that is more oxidized than long, green, and white teas. Black tea is generally stronger in flavor than the less oxidized tea. All four types are made from leaves of the shrub (small tree) Camellia Sinensis. (Full fermented) 


WHITE TEA 2 minutes 80-90-degree celsius 



    It comes from the buds and leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant. The leaves and buds are allowed to wither and dry in natural sun/sundried. White tea contains the same types of antioxidants as g green tea but in greater quality. This antioxidant is found to have many health-promoting properties including boosting cardiovascular health, helping to lower cholesterol, reduce the risk of cancer and enhance weight loss 


OOLONG TEA 2 minutes 100-degree celsius



     The health benefit of tea range far and wide and a cup of oolong tea goes a long way when it comes to your well-being. Made from the leaves, buds, and stems of Camellia Sinensis plant. Oolong tea is slightly fermented and semi-oxidized, giving it a taste between black and green tea. There are a wide variety of oolong teas, but the most famous oolong comes from the Fuijan province of China (Semi fermented) 


GREEN TEA 2 minutes 80-90-degree celsius 



    Green tea made from Camellia Sinensis leaves that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation applied when processing into oolong tea and black tea. Green tea originated in China,  but its production has spread to many countries in Asia
